Ok so after doing some stats, my starting weight that I posted a while ago was wrong.
I started at 242.0 lbs (fat ASS) and after about eight weeks I'm now at 218.0lbs, so not to bad.
Thats 24 lbs, and at first I said that was almost my goal, well not anymore, I want another 25lbs by the start of the WORS season.
The diet is going well even know the cold that I have, bike riding has been at zero for the last couple of weeks as this crap has kicked my ass. Things are looking up, the only thing left is the cough but I hear it can last awhile.
My goal is set to be on the bike at least three times a week by next week and that will help with the weight loss.
The main goal of stopping the soda is still holding for the most part, I still have a can once and a great while but no more of the 10 to 12 a day. I can't believe how that can make such a big difference in how one feels, I aways figured the caffeine was keeping me going but I have more energy now after stopping then before. I would have never figured water would be my best friend.
